The Management of IBEROTACTICAL, S.L., aware of the importance of meeting the needs and expectations of its customers and other interested parties, as well as ensuring the quality of its activities and the protection of the environment, establishes this Quality and Environmental Policy as a framework for the development of its operations and the continuous improvement of its management system.
The scope of the organization’s activity is: SALES AND MARKETING (EXPORT/IMPORT) OF EMERGENCY AND DEFENSE EQUIPMENT FOR THE ARMED FORCES AND STATE SECURITY FORCES. DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE OF TEXTILE PRODUCTS.
To this end, Management assumes the following commitments:
- Meet customer requirements by providing products and services that comply with their needs, specifications, and applicable requirements.
- Ensure quality in the management of our activities by maintaining effective control over marketing, export/import, design, and manufacturing processes.
- Develop and manufacture textile products based on criteria of quality, functionality, and reliability, ensuring they comply with applicable technical, legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
- Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and other requirements relevant to the organization, both in terms of quality and the environment, as well as those related to products, processes, and foreign trade activities.
- Protect the environment, including the prevention of pollution, the responsible and efficient use of resources, the minimization of waste, and the reduction of environmental impacts arising from our activities.
- Promote the continuous improvement of the Quality and Environmental Management System by enhancing process effectiveness, environmental performance, and the satisfaction of interested parties.
- Apply a risk- and opportunity-based approach by assessing risks associated with processes to prevent deviations, incidents, and nonconformities, as well as to support improvement and decision-making.
- Promote training, awareness, competence, and staff engagement, encouraging the responsibility of all personnel in complying with the requirements of the management system.
- Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and other interested parties, fostering collaboration, trust, and the continuous improvement of products and services.
- Establish and periodically review quality and environmental objectives, ensuring they are consistent with this policy and aligned with the company’s strategy.
The Management of IBEROTACTICAL, S.L. is committed to providing the necessary resources for the proper implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality and Environmental Management System, as well as to periodically reviewing this Policy to ensure its suitability to the organization’s context and the nature of its activities.
This Policy shall be communicated, understood, implemented, and maintained at all levels of the organization, and shall also be made available to relevant interested parties.
